1st Generation Modified Head

Pictures of my reworked 1st Gen Head + Valve Cover + Exhaust Manifold + Intake Manifold

Picture of my 95+, JetHot Ceramic coated exhaust manifold. The Silver JetHot is rated for 1600 deg F.
For more information on the Ceramic Coating, I have worked a discount through Accessories Plus.

This is another view of the exhaust manifold. I had the insides of the exhaust manifold
sprayed with the Black JetHot. The Black JetHot Ceramic coating is rated for 2200 deg F. I know
my exhaust manifold get pretty hot. If this holds up on the exhaust manifold, I will look into
having the turbo done also. It is had to see, but I also ported the openings and smoothed the insides.

This is another view of the underside. You can see the silver outside, and black insides
You can also see the porting I did to the opening. I removed the lip that normally holds the ring.
If you look closely, you can see the location where I drilled and tapped for the EGT probe. It is in the
middle of the #2 & #3 collector.

As you can see, I also had the valve cover coated. I only had the top sprayed.
You do not want to have the insides done, because the ceramic coating acts a heat barrier.
You don't want to hold all of the heat in. These next few pictures give you a feel for what
everything looks like all together.
