1st thing we did is remove the hoses and connectors. I labeled
them and wrote down where they went for re-connection.Next we
drained all fluids.

This is another view of the engine compartment. We removed the
radiator for extra room. To remove it, you need to unbolt the
4 bolts on the top, and remove the inlet and outlet hoses.
Disconnect the wires to the fans, and pull it.

Exhaust Manifold / Turbo Bolts were giving me trouble. Added some
3in one oil, and worked the bolt back and forth. Finally got it out
without breaking it.

Had to turn up the heat to the second bolt.

This was the second bolt to give me trouble. I pulled out the torch
to heat the turbo a little. The torch worked, but I stripped the bolt.
I lost 2 of the 4 bolts, and will need to run the tap through the turbo
to clean up the threads.

Before I could pull the head, I needed to remove all of the belts. This
includes the; Power Steering, Alternator, Air Conditioning and Timing.
This picture shows the crank at Top Dead Center.

In order to remove the Timing Belt, you must first remove the shields and
the motor mount. Before removing the motor mount, make sure that you support
the motor. I placed some blocks under the oil pan. You can see the motor mount
is removed, and I also pulled one of the studs to make the shield removal easier.
